Applications Opening Soon
  • Delivered by Creditex on behalf of the NSW Government
  • For homeowners or renters in NSW
  • Combined household income up to $80,000
  • Or holders of an eligible concession card (Centrelink, DVA, etc.)
  • Applies to the same eligible upgrade categories
  • Can be stacked with the zero-interest loan

Can I get both a discount and a loan?
Yes. If you qualify for both, you can receive a discount of up to $4,000 and a zero-interest loan of up to $15,000 for the same upgrade. The NSW Government recommends applying for the discount first — we'll guide you through the right order once discount applications open.
Can I apply for more than one upgrade?
Yes, your loan or discount can be used across multiple eligible categories in the same application — for example, rooftop solar plus a home battery. Contact us to discuss the best combination for your home.
I rent my home. Can I still access the discount?
Renters are eligible for the discount (not the loan) if your combined household income is up to $80,000, or you hold an eligible concession card. Your landlord may separately apply for the zero-interest loan to upgrade the property.
I live in a strata apartment. Am I eligible?
Strata residents may be eligible for certain upgrades depending on your building and the upgrade type. Contact us and we'll assess your specific situation.
When do discount applications open?
Discount applications are opening soon, with no closing date currently announced. Zero-interest loan applications are open now. Register your interest with us and we'll notify you the moment discounts open.
Does Poly Engineering install all eligible upgrades directly?
We directly install rooftop solar, home batteries, EV chargers, solar hot water systems and switchboard upgrades. For other categories, such as insulation or double glazing, we can refer you to trusted, approved trades partners.
